Roland joined Associated Newspapers in April 2007 from Virgin Media where he was responsible for Content Strategy and Business Development. Prior to this Roland worked for OC&C Strategy Consultants, one of Europe's leading strategy firms, as an Associate Director where he lead their work in print, digital and broadcast media
As Strategy Director at AND Roland's focus is on driving profitable growth in AND's network of digital assets, both related to AND's online publishing activities and within the acquired classified businesses. His focus also extends to identifying and targeting new attractive growth opportunities for group both organically and via acquisition.
As a part of this remit Roland also takes responsibility for AND's CRM and Strategic Insight teams.
