Kelly began her career with Andersen Consulting in Washington DC where she focused on customer services for clients ranging from public utilities to credit cards.
She earned her MBA from Insead in 2000 and moved to London where she joined AOL UK.
She held various roles at AOL in Strategy, Customer Experience and Business Development with focus on product strategy and new consumer offerings.
She was appointed Director of Paid Services in 2005, a business unit she grew from its inception.
Kelly joined Allegran as CEO in 2007.
