The Digital Property Group launched in 2008 uniting Primelocation.com, FindaProperty.com, Homesandproperty.co.uk and FindaNewHome.com. It was created to consolidate and strengthen our digital property offering in an increasingly competitive market, giving estate agent customers exposure to an increased and diverse audience and one solution for their property marketing.

All of the property websites in the portfolio have a distinct market position, and together they work as complementary brands attracting complementary audiences, meaning increased exposure and additional leads and instructions for our customers.

Recent research shows that the lead brands of Primelocation.com and FindaProperty.com share only a 16% overlap with each other in terms of unique visitors, and less than 20% with Rightmove.co.uk.

Primelocation.com was launched in 2001 by a consortium of over 200 independent estate agents across the UK.  It is the leading website for estate agents and property in the upper and middle markets and currently has over 400,000 properties listed.

Primelocation.com also has overseas properties from estate agents in over 60 countries through their international channel.

FindaProperty.com

Launched in 1997, FindaProperty.com was one of the first property portals in the market. It has grown to be one of the biggest property websites in the UK – increasingly popular with house hunters and attracting 3 million visitors a month. It advertises over 600,000 properties from over 8,750 estate agents.

The site combines comprehensive property listings with a wealth of local area information and editorial content on the housing industry, making it a one-stop shop for house hunters.

FindaProperty.com also powers the property search facility for all 56 of Northcliffe Media’s local and regional newspaper websites, and benefits from cross-promotion in all of their local print titles.

FindaNewHome.com

FindaNewHome.com was created for new home developers and estate agents marketing new builds wanting to reach a niche market of house hunters searching exclusively for new homes (an estimated 5% of all property hunters).

FindaNewHome.com combines listings with specific editorial and how-to guides for new homes.

Homesandproperty.co.uk

Homesandproperty.co.uk is the online property supplement of London’s Evening Standard. The print edition published with the Evening Standard is the leading property publication in London and the South East, with 275,000 readers.
